Alliance unions continue to stand strong for a fair contract and for national bargaining. ✊

Here is how Alliance Unions continue to stand united:

🔹 Coordinated Action: Alliance member unions have filed coordinated comprehensive ULPs. Ending national bargaining mid-stream is a clear unfair labor practice. ⚖️

🔹 Unified Rejection: Every Alliance union has rejected KP’s effort to divide us and end the national agreement. KP wrote to every local union proposing local bargaining on national issues—every Alliance union told KP NO and referred them back to our national bargaining committee. 🚫

🔹 A Path Forward: The Alliance bargaining committee has submitted a revised proposal. To move forward towards a National Agreement, the committee updated proposals on outstanding issues. It’s time for KP to come back to the National table so we can settle our contract. 🤝

Why this matters: We know that trying to take national issues and discuss them at 54 different local tables is a prescription for delay, confusion, and chaos. This doesn’t work for anyone, and will only drag out settlement, further delay pay raises, and undermine partnership.
