Math Is Hard. KP chooses NOT to incentivize their current oyal CRNA employees at time and a half to pick up extra shifts. NO, KP prefers to bring in outside registry/locums at a cost of 400 plus TIMES WHAT A CRNA makes. This is how KP maintains affordability and best quality and service for member patients. Math Is Hard. Running a Business Is Hard. Retaining and recruiting excellent CRNA Employees is Super Hard at KP.

Join us October 24th virtually to observe the latest bargaining session. Observers will receive TEAMS login details during the morning Labor Caucus, which will be held in the KPNAA Zoom room. A calendar invite with Zoom information will also be sent.

Consumers choose their where to receive care based on THE BEST TEAM. THE BEST PROVIDERS. The most SKILLED CLINICIANS. If KP does not want to retain and recruit the best providers - the best team - for patients, they will absolutely fall back into the intramural leagues… they have already lost Medicare Star ratings, are dropping in local consumer confidence and impeding access to their patients while simultaneously refusing revenue streams and the implementation of affordability practices.
