Empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through work, learning, and community. Currently we serve over 400 clients on a daily basis.

Vocational Visions is a non-profit agency located in Mission Viejo, CA and is the only program in southern Orange County that provides vocational and life skills training and support to adults with developmental and other disabilities. These disabilities include, but are not limited to, mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, and emotional, sensory and neurological disorders. We offer eight distinct programs that meet the varying needs of adults with developmental and other disabilities. These programs include the Day Training Activity Program, Health Related Services Program, Emeritus Program, Adult Development Program, Vocational Rehabilitation Work Activity Program, Supported Employment Program and the most recent addition, the House of Champions Clubhouse.

Community outings are an essential part of our programs. Every day, going out into the community helps our participants build confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging. These experiences go beyond just fun; they create opportunities for inclusion and personal growth.

Recently, our Medical Day Services participants enjoyed visits to Irvine Spectrum, the zoo, Bass Pro Shops, bowling, and more. Each outing reflects our commitment to meaningful experiences and building community!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at Clubhouse with the beautiful sounds of the SC Handbells Bell Concert! Their music has become a cherished tradition for us, and we’re so grateful to have them back for the third year in a row.

The season of joy continues at Clubhouse: this Saturday we’re hosting a festive Grinch Party, and next Saturday we’ll gather for our Holiday Feast.

Gratitude was the theme of the evening at our Donor Appreciation Reception! It was a wonderful night filled with great food, meaningful conversations, and stories of our growth.

We are deeply thankful to everyone who joined us at our Donor Appreciation Reception! Your presence made the evening truly special. Every contribution helps create transformative opportunities for the individuals we serve, and we couldn’t do this without you.

Thank you for standing with us and for continuing to make a difference in our community. We’re excited to keep building this work together and look forward to more opportunities to connect!

Oh what a jolly time it is! We were lucky to have El Toro High School choir students perform for us this past week. Their performance hit all the right notes and filled our days with holiday cheer!

Our staff and persons served all had a delightful time. Thank you to these incredibly talented students for making the start of our holiday season truly note-worthy!

On Saturday, we gathered at Clubhouse for a Thanksgiving celebration filled with good food and great company! It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the program to come together and enjoy a festive meal. Huge thanks to our amazing volunteers and dedicated staff for making the day feel so special!

From turkey and mashed potatoes to green bean casserole, and Melody’s famous marshmallow ambrosia salad, it was truly a feast to remember!

Clubhouse at Vocational Visions is a welcoming weekend program where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can relax, socialize, and enjoy fun activities in a friendly, safe setting. This program is open to all adults with disabilities – if you are interested in joining, please reach out to us!

Celebrating 18 Months of Volunteering at Foothill Ranch Library! For the past year and a half, our team has been proud to support Foothill Ranch Library by helping maintain the cleanliness of children’s books and keeping the space welcoming for families.

Azita from the library shared: “We are very grateful for the help this volunteer group provides. They are reliable, passionate, and always bring a great attitude. It’s a joyful experience to see them engaged in the community."

We’re excited to keep supporting Foothill Ranch Library and helping their team serve the community.
