I had taken only two yoga classes in my life when I signed up for a full teacher training. I was in my twenties. I quit my job in real estate even though I was doing well because something in me knew I needed to be there. I thought I was going to learn a new skill and slow down a little. I did not expect it to wake up the gifts I had been trying to ignore for years.

That room, that stillness, that work changed the direction of my life. It took me more than twenty years to step into this work publicly, yet that training was the beginning. I will always be grateful to Anna Forrest for creating the space that helped me come back to myself.

November dump - celebrated turning 52 which I believe is going to be an excellent year!
Otherwise this month was quiet - simply acclimating to Provence quieter life.

When something feels unclear, you can ask them to repeat the message in a way you will understand. If a sign feels too strong or startling, you can ask them to make the next one gentler. If you feel overwhelmed, you can ask them to step back a little.

Communication with guides works best when you participate in it rather than passively receive it.

Your voice matters in that conversation. Guides respond to clarity, honesty, and boundaries because they are here to help you trust yourself, not to replace your inner knowing.

The idea of twin flames has become so romanticized that people forget how grounding real spiritual connection actually is. Many intense relationships are labeled as cosmic destiny when in reality they are activating old wounds or patterns we have carried for years. That kind of intensity can feel meaningful, but it does not mean you are meeting another version of your soul.

A soul can live more than one life at a time, but it is extremely rare and reserved for souls that are highly evolved. It is not the explanation behind most of the chaotic or magnetic relationships people experience.

Soul mates are different. Soul mates are the people who travel with us across lifetimes, who help us grow, who feel familiar the moment we meet them. They come in many forms, not just romantic. They do not pull you into confusion. They feel like home.

If you are in a relationship that brings clarity, steadiness, and mutual respect, that is where real spiritual connection lives. Labels are not required. What matters is how it feels in your nervous system and in your life.

Energy doesn’t lie. The more grounded you are, the easier it is to tell what’s yours and what isn’t. Fear doesn’t always mean danger, and most of what we sense just needs our energy to steady, not a rescue mission.

Trust your body’s signals. Anchor yourself in light, breathe, and call your energy home. Everything shifts from there.

Their timing is perfect and I love how they play with the big questions.

God is not a floating figure in the sky. It is source, a primal current, a consciousness that moves through everything. It is the energy behind the body, the breath, the moments we cannot explain.

So while they joke that God left the building, I can promise that nothing on the other side has packed a suitcase. The light is always here, steady and present, even when we laugh about it.

I am convinced the spirit world watched this exchange and said, Please keep the jokes coming.😂

I am honestly unsure who this was. Definitely not somebody from the medieval time for sure.

That Castle has switched hands a bunch of time and was bought in the late 1800 early 1900 by a rich Frenchman. I don’t know if who I saw was that French man with some of the Men that have walked those rooms and spent time in that library.
