A special day requires a special celebration dessert! In honor of 46 birthday, I made this winter fruit trifle, with all the good things! Cinnamon cardamom poached pears, tangerine, pomegranate, citrus curd, vanilla cream, vanilla cake, and of course, whipped cream. It was so delicious! 🤩

Using up what’s in the fridge days often turn out to be some of the best things. This tofu quiche with a hash brown crust was so good ( look at those crunchy edges! ), along with the side salad.

The quiche had garlic, onions, orange bell peppers, spinach, a bit of cruciferous crunch blend, and sun dried tomatoes, plus herbs and spices. The salad had arugula, cucumbers, tomatoes, and more sub dried tomatoes. How many different veggies did you eat today?
