💥Why did we add to our WB team?

Well Body serves patients from all over the RGV as well as Laredo and even many from San Antonio and Houston. 😮 ❤️
Therefore, we want to be able to accommodate and offer beneficial services all in one place.

Dry Needling 🪡

This technique isn’t only used for sport ⚽️ 🏈 injuries but also used with patients that experience numbness, tingling, tightness & over all discomfort. However, our athletes use it to recover quicker from sprains, strains, pre/post surgical interventions and for PREVENTION.

🙌 Preventative technique are not talked about much because insurance does not cover it and because as health care providers we have failed our patients by not educating you on this topic. All practitioners at our clinic focus on education even if it’s too much information… We believe that if we repeat it enough, prevention will become a habit and you will help us educate others.

Hi, I’m Dr. V and many times this is how I’ll greet you, behind the desk. Our clinic runs very differently than what you’re used to.

At one point I used to answer all calls, do scheduling and treat. Thankfully we have now have an amazing team that took that from me and is MUCH better than me in every aspect. 😂

Our team works from home therefore, you will see me in this spot checking you in, checking you out and adding in your next appointment.

Dr. A is bilingual, he graduated from Parker University with Dr. V. His goal is to provide his patients with quality care and give them the time to be heard. He does manual soft tissue techniques as well as Functional Dry Needling and has training in pediatrics and prenatal care as well.

Cancellation Policy/Póliza de Cancelación:

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the doctors'/therapist day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Fee is the full amount for the visit you canceled/no showed.

👶🏽 Pediatric Chiropractic is something very new to the RGV. Not many are aware of the importance of bringing in their infants/children to the chiropractor.

No, the child doesn’t have to experience pain, this goes for the adult as well. Clinically, Chiropractic care is much more than pain management and mobility improvement.

Yes, birth is traumatic and it’s important to check baby after to make sure latching isn’t being interrupted by the lack of mobility in the neck BUT we also get to experience first hand the incredible parasympathetic response from the adjustment.

⚡️ Parasympathetic nervous system is the mode that allows us to rest and digest. Infants/children respond so quickly to stimuli that after adjustments we experience a bowl movement, sleep and of course, decreased discomfort overall.

👩🏽‍⚕️ Our doctors had had training in pediatrics (we are not certified but have lots of practice) and not just sports and prenatal care.

Specialties:
Dr. V will be a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician by the end of this year, beginning of next year. She will be the only one in the RGV as well as for Dry Needling.

She is also certified in Webster Technique specific for pregnancy. Some offer this technique but don’t actually do the full the version — please be aware that it matters.
