Mrs. Pena brings years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and military families through both in-person and virtual therapy. Since 2018, she’s been passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. Jessica understands that beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and she’s committed to meeting clients where they are. Her approach is warm, flexible, and collaborative, drawing from person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques to support each client’s unique journey.

The Pina Psychological Services team warmly welcomes Leticia Sosa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to providing trauma-informed, holistic care. She specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with advanced training for first responders and veterans through VA-affiliated programs, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her approach supports individuals through trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, integrating mid-body practices and a whole-person perspective. She is proud to serve the Rio Grande Valley. She is currently in network with the following private insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UHC, and Cigna. She also accepts private pay patients.
