Today is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, and I’m proud to celebrate it as an RD myself. To me, being a dietitian isn’t just about meal plans or macros—it’s about meeting people where they are, cutting through the noise of diet culture, and helping folks build a relationship with food that actually fits their lives. Some days that looks like explaining why blood sugar stability matters; other days it’s just reminding a client that eating should include joy (and sometimes cake).

Grateful do have two roles in my profession, both requires empathy, and a lot of real-life listening.

Hi everyone,

It's Week 2 of National Nutrition Month, and the theme is Find Your Nutrition Expert. This week is all about getting accurate nutrition information—best by working with a registered dietitian who understands your unique needs and can offer personalized recommendations to support your health goals.
I'm honored to serve as a nutrition expert through my business, Fay Nutrition, where I help clients plan balanced, appealing meals that meet science-based standards that they actually want to eat.
Ask your doctor or healthcare provider for a referral to a local dietitian, or schedule a telemedicine visit with one who can meet with you virtually.

I see my own patients via Zoom for those who can't get to a local dietitian. Many people aren't sure where to find a dietitian or have trouble getting to appointments—that's where I come in, telemedicine makes a difference. Booking an appointment with me is easy, I accept insurance.

Dinner time ? Follow for more easy, healthy recipes

2 lbs Natural Chicken thighs (boneless/skinless)
1 Cauliflower crown
Grated Parmesan Chese
Sriracha sauce
Cyanne pepper powder
Paprika
Sea Salt

Heat a skillet medium and coat with avocado oil spray.
Prepare your chicken, add cyanne pepper and salt. Brown the chicken thighs on both sides til almost cooked, about 15 minutes. It’s okah if it’s not fully cooked yet, as it will continue to cook after adding the sliced cauliflower on top.

Season cauliflower with seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, add on top of chicken.

Sprinkle top layer of cauliflower with cayenne pepper; top witj chopped cilantro 🌿.
Cover using lid at slow heat.

Cook for another 7-10 min. Enjoy!!!
It takes so fresh and tasty and you can enjoy a big piece of cauliflower knowing it’s low in calories.
