My friend Petie Morales arranged transportation for us to go to this new restaurant that I wanted to try called Amaretto in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico and it was lovely! I really liked the calm vibe in this restaurant that offers all day brunch with really cool waffles and pancakes, specialty coffees and drinks and even pasta Alfredo and sandwiches ❤️ My husband Raymond Orta and TJ BOOM Fishing and my kids decided to pregame with chicken nuggets beforehand so they weren't hungry when we went but they really wanted to try their waffles when we go back ❤️ I personally really enjoyed my coffee and pastry and the whole experience ❤️

My friend, Petie Morales, set up an appointment for us with Ms. Ruth at Yomy's 3 in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico who did an AMAZING job on my daughter's nails! Epic loved his pedicure and she was able to take out two small ingrown toenails! Leyenda had square tips but wanted to try a dainty oval shape so they had to be filed and refilled ❤️ as someone with sensory issues the inside of the salon was very calm and relaxing and Leyenda has definitely found her new go to place for nails!

Mama by Day, ShamaMama by Night.

I am a Registered Nurse, Holistic Healer and Artist. I am blessed to be the Mama to four beautiful children. I have two children with Autism and ADHD which has presented numerous health challenges along the way. This is what led me to begin researching and creating Natural Remedies.
