I didn’t change my life by being perfect.
I changed it by showing up.

Life got busy. I was tired. I let myself go.
But instead of waiting for the “right time,” I started.

Tracking. Training. Staying consistent.

Not perfect. Still a work in progress…
but I’m not that guy anymore.

Don’t overcomplicate fat loss.

When I first started, I didn’t follow a perfect plan or track everything…
I just focused on keeping things simple and staying consistent.

That’s how I lost my first 20 lbs.

Most people try to change everything at once and end up quitting.
You don’t need perfect—you just need to show up every day.

Not perfect. Just consistent.

I started at 280 lbs not knowing where to begin… no perfect plan, no shortcuts — just showing up, tracking my food, prepping meals, and putting in the work every single day.

I didn’t change my life by being perfect.

From 280 lbs to 190 lbs… and I’m not done yet.

This didn’t come from motivation.
It came from discipline — especially on the days I didn’t feel like it.

I had to learn how to adapt to my situation and make it happen anyway.
No shortcuts. No perfect timing. Just consistency.
