Check out this awesome new game we are borrowing from , the Cosmo Dots. They can be used to play many different games, and are super fun and interactive! Not only are the kiddos having fun with this tool, but the therapists too! ✨

Happy March! ☘ We have another attendance drawing this month! Starting today, you may enter at the front desk each time you bring your child to a therapy appointment. The prize will be a family game night! ✨ This includes a $50 gift card to Imagination Station to pick out games, and a $50 gift card to Bridge Pizza for dinner! 🍕 The winner will be drawn 4/1.

Our amazing Speech Therapist, Maddy, will be going on maternity leave this month! Hailey will be filling in for Maddy while she is out! Please join us in welcoming Hailey! 🙂

Hailey earned her Master of Science (M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Montana in 2025, following foundational studies in Biology. She is passionate about linguistics, bilingualism, and early intervention, and is dedicated to supporting children and families in her community. Hailey also volunteers with Trotting Horse Therapeutic Riding, where she assists in providing hippotherapy services for children. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys gardening, baking, crafting, exploring new food, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Dean.

Last week in OT we made our own playdough! ✨ Not only is this a fun activity, but it is practice following instructions, and the end result is awesome playdough that can help with hand strength, focus and sensory input!

Here’s the recipe: ⭐️
Mix together:
- 2 cups all purpose flower
- 3/4 cup salt
- 4 tsp cream of tartar
Once mixed add:
- 2 cups hot water (help from caregiver needed on this step)
- 2 tbs vegetable or coconut oil
- Knead dough together
- a couple drops of food coloring and or essential oil if desired

We have a new Occupational Therapist joining our team! Everyone please join us in welcoming Jill! 🙂

Jill Murphy is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Jill began her career working at a Level 1 Trauma Center in just about every department, including surgical and medical intensive care units, orthopedics and subacute rehab. More recently Jill has worked in elementary schools and preschool settings serving children primarily with developmental delay or autism diagnoses. When not working Jill enjoys hiking locally and in Glacier National Park, spending time with family and racing Dragon boats.
