Happy Friday to all! I just wanted to take a minute to touch base with you. I believe it's safe to say that we all have collectively and individually been on this roller coaster of "life". With all that has transpired over the last several months, undoubtedly we have each experienced some moderate to severe amounts of stress, anxiety, fear, and depression. During times when our lives have been turned upside down, many of us forget the importance of self care, or we feel we must sacrifice it and place that time elsewhere. I am here to tell you that it is in fact one of the most important things you can do, not just for yourself but for your family and loved ones. It is the old adage of placing the oxygen mask on yourself before helping place it on others. Self care can mean a lot of different things. This could be taking a walk, reading a book, writing in a journal, or catching up with a friend. The list of ways is vast. Craniosacral Therapy is another way to facilitate self care. For those that aren't familiar with the benefits of CST, it's mental and physical benefits are plentiful and include treatment for stress, anxiety, and depression.
