I asked Chat: What is the biggest reason that keeps people from doing Neurofeedback..

“They avoid it because:

It’s an investment that requires trust, time, and understanding — and most people haven’t been given a clear enough explanation to feel safe making that investment.”

So interesting because this is exactly what our family experienced before making a leap into Neurofeedback almost 6 years ago. I remember saying, it’s $$, it’s time, it sounds too good to be true.. I made excuses for 6 months and then I finally just did it! And that’s when everything began to change and it started with brain regulation through EEG Neurofeedback. More explaining is definitely needed and will be forthcoming!!

1. Deep focused breathing with long exhale.
2. Fake laughing until I laugh for real. (Try it, it works!)
3. of course... Neurofeedback. :)

From Brainmaster:
A recent study from the University of West London investigated the effects of neurofeedback on anxiety—and the results are encouraging.

A 5-week neurofeedback training program using the BrainMaster Discovery system in combination with the Feiner Free-Cap led to a significant reduction in anxiety levels. Participants with moderate anxiety benefited the most. The Alpha/Theta protocol in particular promoted deep relaxation and was associated with a noticeable improvement in mood after the sessions.

This aligns well with what many of us observe in practice: when the brain learns to regulate itself more flexibly, states of calm focus and emotional stability often emerge naturally.

A promising, non-invasive approach to supporting mental health through brain-based training. 🧠🌿
