Hi little Yogis, my name is Destiny! The creator of Electric Flow. A Yoga Brand made for everyBody! I’ve been practicing yoga for going on 3 years now. I was absolutely one of those people who tried a yoga class, did not enjoy it, and wrote it off for years. After attending a class at Yoga Hive Whitefish I realized that not every class is the same. Not only were they playing music I actully vibed with, but the class was broken down so that I could fully flow along and feel confident. I fell in love with yoga so much from that one class I received my 200hr yoga teaching certification from Yoga Hive that same year. I’ve made it my goal to show people that not all yoga is taught the same, but the feeling that yoga can give you is. It’s Electric, and If you haven’t experienced it, nows your chance! Let me show you what I fell in love with ♥️ I like to call it an electric feeling moving through your body as you fully soften into stillness and fill your whole body with deep breath⚡️A combination of Upbeat yet relaxing music, full breath, descriptive instruction, and mind opening intentions create this Electric Atmosphere ⚡️ A flow curated for anybody beginner or experienced, this is for you 🖤
