⚡️ What Is NAD+ and Why Is Everyone Talking About It?

You’ve probably heard the buzz about NAD+ lately… but what actually is it?

NAD+ is a coenzyme your body naturally makes. It plays a huge role in:

✨ Turning food into energy
🧠 Supporting brain clarity and focus
💪 Helping muscles recover
🔄 Cellular repair and healthy aging

Here’s the catch:
As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline. Stress, poor sleep, processed food, and illness can drain it even faster.

When levels drop, you may notice:
• Low energy
• Brain fog
• Slower recovery
• That “just not feeling like myself” feeling

Supporting healthy NAD+ levels can help your cells function more efficiently, which means you feel more like you again.

If you’re working on weight loss, metabolism, recovery, or overall wellness, NAD+ can be a powerful tool to support your goals from the inside out.

Because feeling good at the cellular level?
That’s where real change starts.

Managing Stress to Avoid Overeating 🧘

Stress eating is real.

When stress is chronic, the hormone cortisol remains elevated and increases appetite for high‑fat, sugary foods .

Exercise and meditation can blunt the negative effects of stress.

To avoid stress‑related overeating, schedule daily movement, practice deep breathing and lean on friends and family for support.

Your mental health matters.
