Join us for an evening of remembrance, community, and light as we honor loved ones who have passed and celebrate the enduring spirit of connection.

Each ornament on the Tree of Life represents a cherished life and a story of love that continues to shine. Together, we’ll share music, reflection, and hope during this meaningful holiday tradition.

💛 The event is free and open to the public. Donations and ornament dedications are welcomed to support compassionate hospice care across Western Montana.

This four-part series offers meaningful discussions on living well, planning ahead, and supporting loved ones through serious illness.

🎉 Partners In Home Care partied like it’s 1995 at the University of Montana Homecoming Parade! From boom boxes to Rubik’s cubes, our team went all out celebrating Missoula’s incredible spirit and community pride.

Thank you to everyone who sang, danced, and waved with us. What an unforgettable day! Like the Friends theme song says, we’ll be there for you because at PIHC, we offer healthcare that never goes out of style. 💜

✨ This week we officially cut the ribbon on the new Partners Palliative Clinic! ✨

This dream became reality thanks to the dedication of our incredible Palliative Care clinicians, Brook Sternberg and Charlene De Grassi, the support of Christi Jacobson, the Missoula Chamber, and the entire PIHC team.

This clinic was built with compassion at its core: a safe and supportive space where patients facing serious illness can find comfort, guidance, and the care they deserve.

We are so proud to share this important step forward with our community. 💙

We had such a wonderful time at the Ravalli County Parade! 🎉

The rain stopped right as the parade began, making it the perfect weather to celebrate together. ❤️ It was such a joy to see our community along the route, thank you to everyone who came out to cheer us on!

We hope you enjoyed the day and picked up a little candy along the way 🍬
