Join us this weekend at the Montana Film Festival where Alpine will be the presenter of the Places (Sort Of) Shorts Block. It will be screening on Saturday, 10/25 at 5pm and Sunday, 10/26 at 2:15pm. Graham has returned to the Downtown clinic after his travels accompanying Team USA Artistic Swimming to the World Aquatic Championships in Singapore. They spent time in Bandung Indonesia for a training camp before continuing on to Singapore. Graham spent time working with the team physical therapist providing treatment for the athletes. It was a cool change from his typical day to day since they could schedule multiple treatments in a day to nip any potential injuries before they worsened. He says the best part was everything about being a part of Team USA. Congrats to Graham on such an amazing opportunity.

It’s that time of year to start getting ready for ski season. Alpine PTs own Emily Atwood and Graham Gage are leading a program developed by PTs at the Alpine Training Project designed to enhance performance and reduce injury. Offered as a 6 week long program of group sessions with access to online training for six months.
