An ACL tear typically causes:
🦵 Significant swelling
🦵 Instability in the knee
🦵 Difficulty returning to play without treatment

Heart disease doesn’t have just one cause—but it does have risk factors.

High blood pressure, obesity and diabetes can all increase your risk. Some factors are written in your genes, but many are shaped by daily habits—and that’s where real change happens.

The good news?

Positive lifestyle choices and regular check-ins with your primary care provider can reduce or even eliminate certain risks. Your doctor can help track your health and guide you on when it’s time to see a cardiologist. 💖

And if you’re ready to learn more and take meaningful steps toward heart health, join us at the Providence St. Patrick Hospital Heart Expo on Saturday, Feb. 28! ❤️
