Dear friends! I am once again doing spiritual coaching, and helping people get in touch with their SoulSelf. To do this, I assist people to get through the layers of pain and protection that they have created over the years in order to fit in with their family, school, work, culture and society. When we are in touch with our SoulSelf we live from a place of authenticity and joy. If we have lost touch with our SoulSelf, we tend to not feel comfortable wherever we are. We turn to addictions (food, smoking, alcohol, drugs, and mindless screentime) to distract us from our discomfort. I am testing a new technique for moving the stuck, protective energies off of the body so the SoulSelf can shine through. I am offering 3 sessions for the price of one to the first 3 people to contact me that can commit to 3 sessions before the end of January.
