Senescence Care is hiring part and full-time team members to work in the St. Thomas House. The ideal candidate has compassion for individuals living with dementia and knowledge of running a household which includes meal preparation and ability to prioritize tasks. Care giving experience is not necessary but openness to learning how to care both physically and emotionally for individuals with cognitive impairment is essential. Staff are expected to work autonomously, be reliable and value the team approach to caring. Our home is typically calm and offers a peaceful environment for residents, family and staff.
