Clearing Space, Making Room for Light ✨

Lately I’ve been deep in a soulful practice of clutter clearing — not just in my home, but in my energy. Every drawer, every closet, every release has felt like its own little Reiki session.

There’s something powerful about making space… it invites in what’s next.

Can cleaning my home be a form of self-care?

Sometimes, tending to my space can feel like a burden, especially when life feels full. But when I bring Reiki into the process, everything shifts.

Today I spent the day deep cleaning my kitchen, letting Reiki flow through every movement; wiping, sweeping, clearing, blessing. I imagined stagnant energy lifting away with each task, making space for fresh, peaceful energy to move in.

A few ways I brought mindfulness into cleaning my kitchen:
• Began with intention: I invited Reiki to flow through my hands and into my home.
• Created atmosphere: lit a candle, opened a window, and played my favorite music.
• Stayed present: let each small act be an offering of gratitude for the space that supports me.

By the end, the kitchen wasn’t the only thing that felt lighter… I did too. ✨

🍂 A Simple Reiki Ritual for Letting Go 🍂

As the light begins to fade earlier each evening, it’s a beautiful time to pause and release.

Here’s a simple Reiki ritual you can do anytime this month.

1️⃣ Find your space:
Sit comfortably, light a candle, and take three slow, grounding breaths. If it’s chilly, wrap up in a cozy blanket.
2️⃣ Connect with Reiki:
Place your hands over your heart or solar plexus and invite Reiki to flow.
3️⃣ Visualize the trees:
See them gently releasing their leaves. Imagine your own energy doing the same, letting go with grace.
4️⃣ Affirm:
“With gratitude, I release all that no longer serves my highest good. I make space for peace, balance, and renewal.”
5️⃣ Close with gratitude:
Thank Reiki, your body, and the Earth for their constant support.

May this ritual bring you peace and clarity as we move deeper into autumn. 🕯️💛

“Overcoming Fear”

Maybe, just maybe, fear is “Feeling Excited About Reality”— F.E.A.R. It comes about when you are aware of an “unknown” and have forgotten that the Universe has your back, that you have the wherewithal to handle anything.

You have simply forgotten that you are Divine and your creation is nothing but benevolent. It wants you to have the “More” that you are seeking.

So in a word, transform your feeling from “fearful,” and call it “excited.” Expect surprises, novelty, newness, magic, and miracles. Let the pit in your stomach become butterflies.

This that I am facing and feeling is not an obstacle… it is a Challenge to know more about who I am. “I AM EXPECTING AWESOME.” And So It Is.

You have the power to change things radically. Jump into it and experience the “More” of who you are.
