WELCOME to Missoula - EXIT12 Dance Company from NYC !
The company has been in town all week connecting with the community through movement workshops that support and uplight the stories of Veterans.

Pictured here is professional dancer/company member and Executive Director ADRIENNE DE LA FUENTE. Touring can be extra challenging on the body. Adrienne found time to take a Gyrotonic Private Session this week. We were delighted she trusted us with her training and wish her fantastic performances this weekend.

Let's Spiral on the Weekends in Missoula !

Jen is offering a lovely Sunday class on the Gyrotonic equipment (1:30-2:30). It’s open to all levels and available as a family option - meaning you and your spouse, teen, neighbor can take the class together .

Our Story

Kinetic Body is Missoula’s space dedicated to the practice of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. We offer private GYROTONIC® training sessions, semi-private GYROTONIC® training sessions, and GYROKINESIS® group classes for adults and youth of all abilities. All offerings are available Virtually as well.

Opened by Kate Jordan Augusto in April of 2016, Kinetic Body Missoula is housed inside Main Street Pilates in downtown Missoula, Montana.

We work with professional and recreational athletes to increase their performance capacities; ranging from golfers, tennis players, swimmers and bikers, to body builders, marathon runners and rock climbers. We work with dancers approaching the aesthetics of ballet, contemporary dance forms, hip-hop, and modern, as well as ballroom and international dancers. We work with individuals recovering from injuries as they transition back to full movement in their fields of practice, and daily life.

We work with people who want to compliment their overall health by moving well; by this we mean moving with ease, confidence, strength and enjoyment.
