Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy emphasizes the dynamic processes of the cranial sacral system, which includes the brain, spinal cord and surrounding fluid. All functions of the body are affected by this system, such as muscles and supporting tissues that hold us together (fascia), organs, bones and fluids. Biologically, Craniosacral therapy consists of structured living water that makes up 70% of the adult body. It serves as an ordering and self-correcting principle within the body. The CS (cranial sacral) system contains our fundamental life-force termed the "Breath of Life". The fluctuation of the fluids within and around the brain and spinal cord distributes this "Breath of Life" throughout the rest of the body. Restrictions caused by injury or imbalances created by disease either within the CS system itself or elsewhere can disturb the cranial sacral system throughout the body, diminishing our sense of well-being, eventually leading to pain or disease. This technique is non-invasive, is extremely subtle and gentle. Most people can be helped with the innate healing power of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. It offers significant potential for resolution of disease processes, injuries, acute and chronic pain and posture imbalances. CS therapy is also an effective means to address health concerns before and after surgery. Rose has been in private practice here in Missoula since 1985.
