It's important to know the early signs of breast cancer, because spotting them early can save lives. Watch for:

- A new lump or thickening in the breast or underarm
- Changes in breast size, shape, or texture
- Ni**le changes or unusual discharge
- Skin dimpling, redness, or scaling
- Pain in any area of the breast

If you notice any changes, contact your healthcare provider.

Did you know nearly 9 out of 10 adults struggle with understanding and using their health information? Understanding your health is the first step to taking care of it. We’re committed to clear communication, so every patient feels confident in their care.

We encourage patients to:
- Ask questions if something isn’t clear
- Bring a list of medications and concerns to appointments
- Repeat back instructions to confirm understanding

Together, providers and patients can build confidence, improve communication and make healthy choices.
