If you’ve ever watched a hairstylist work… you know it’s basically athletic performance with scissors. ✂️🏋️‍♀️

On her feet all day, arms at weird angles, leaning over clients creating masterpieces and making them feel AMAZING (we know… she’s our hairstylist 💁‍♀️).

Even though she takes her health seriously, she was still dealing with:

1. monthly headaches

2. knee pain

3. the occasional sciatic flare

After her first adjustment she goes: “I feel put back together.” (her words)
And her knee pain was significantly better.

2 kids, a move, and perimenopause… and Rebecca didn’t feel like herself.

Low energy. Frequent low-grade headaches. Tight upper back + neck. That “something is off” feeling.

Managing neck pain was becoming Laurie’s full-time job.

She’d seen chiropractors for years. Still—persistent neck pain that nothing seemed to touch. And no way was she going to exercise through it.

While under care, her neck pain resolved and she got back to working out without pain.
