Valentine's Gift Card Bonus + Policy Update

Hello,

For Valentine's week, we're offering a small bonus on gift cards--perfect for a thoughtful gift or to treat yourself.

Now through February 14:
~Pay $100, receive $110 in massage credit
~Pay $200, receive $225 in massage credit
~Pay $500, receive $575 in massage credit

Examples:
- $110 covers a 60-min session ($105) with a little extra toward an add-on or future visit
- $225 can cover a 90-min session ($150) plus credit toward your next massage
- $575 can be used for multiple sessions

Gift cards can be used toward any massage service and never expire.

A quick policy update (starting March 15th)
To keep our pricing fair and sustainable for both clients and therapists, we're simplifying how promotions work.

Moving forward, gift cards and packages will not be combined for additional discounts.
Each offer is designed to stand on its own, so only one promotion can be used per purchase.

Grandfather period
If you currently have a gift card balance and were planning to use it toward a package, you may still do so through March 15, 2026.

How to book an appointment:

There is no client login or account to sign into.

To book:

2. Click Book Now

3. Choose your service, provider, date, and time

4. Enter your contact information and complete your booking

That's it--no usernames, passwords, or login codes are required.




How to view your packages:

Clients do not log into an account to view packages.


You can access your package details through the secure link included in your appointment confirmation emails or text messages.

From that link, you can:

~View remaining sessions in your package

~Book or reschedule appointments

~See upcoming appointments

If you ever can't find the link, just reach out and

we're happy to resend it.




Gift Cards:

At this time, gift card balances are not visible online.

To check your gift card balance, please:

~Call, text, or email us, and we'll happily look it up for you

Please disregard last email link. We apologize for the confusion.

Here is the information in regards to accessing your account/profile information:

Clients will not have an account where you actually log in.

You do have a client portal, but there is no logging in required.

You can find your personal portal by opening any booking confirmation email or text (past or future!) and selecting the "click here to reschedule" link towards the bottom, then selecting the back arrow in the top left.

If you access your client portal, you will be able to view your packages.

We’ve transitioned to a new scheduling and payment system called Mangomint to streamline booking, packages, and checkout for everyone.

Below is a quick overview of what’s changing and how it benefits you.

Online Booking & Login

Booking is now faster and easier.

How to log in:

1. Visit our booking link
2. Click Log in
3. Enter your email address
4. You’ll receive a one-time login code
5. Enter the code to access your account

(No passwords to remember.)

From your profile you can:

• Book or reschedule appointments

• View upcoming sessions

• See your packages and gift card balance

Package Update

We are no longer using numbered packages (Package #1, #2, etc).

Your package is now:

• Stored directly in your client profile

• Automatically tracked

• Deducted after each session

• Always visible so you know exactly how many remain

This removes the need for manual tracking and prevents errors.

Gift Cards

If you previously purchased gift cards through Square, they have been securely transferred to Mangomint.

This means:

• Your balance is saved in your profile

• It automatically applies at checkout

• No codes to track

• No extra steps

Simple and seamless.

We are reaching out with a quick update about our online scheduling system. After a lot of reflection and listening to both our clients and our therapists, we've decided to transition away from Vagaro and move to a new booking platform.

This change is happening because we want your experience to be easier, clearer, and more supportive from the moment you book your appointment.

Over time, Vagaro has become complicated, clunky, and full of extra add-on charges that don't actually serve the heart of our practice. Many clients have mentioned confusion with the booking process, and it's been harder on our therapists as well.

Our new system will give you:
~A cleaner, simpler, and faster booking experience
~Fewer steps and less confusion
~Secure credit-card-on-file (For smooth protection)
~Better reminders and confirmations
~A more intuitive interface for both clients and staff

This upgrade supports our mission at Deep Tissue Massage Group. We'll be sending out our new booking link after the New Year, along with instructions on how to get set up. Everything will feel much more seamless--and we're so excited for you to experience the shift.
