Cozy Living Community We provide a holistic way of assisting our elderly members through their golden years of life. At Cozy Living your care is our concern.

We acknowledge the Cozy Living Community as their home; and that the caregivers are there for their assistance. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment that you can call home. Our care staff makes your life easier. We provide the extra assistance you need to enjoy each day. Some of the services we provide include:

RN supervision 24 hours a day

Professionally trained care providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Visiting home physician, and psychotherapist with MD order

Medication management, blood sugar monitoring, monitoring vital signs

Assistance with activities of daily living

Three nutritious meals as well as 2 snacks per day

Planned social activities; arts and crafts

Housekeeping and laundry service

Private and semi-private rooms available

Long term care or short term care

We know it is hard to find a licensed assisted living facility in a home-like environment, and when you do… the staff lacks the proper education and training. We have created a “Boundarylessness Program” in our licensed, home-like ALF. This program includes new hire online training, on-the-job preceptor checklist training, monthly in-person staff training, weekly leadership meetings, and a clinical step ladder led by our RN Educator. This Boundarylessness Program focuses on the growth and education of our staff, which in turn leads to quality care for our residents. A win, win!

Last month, members of Cozy Living Community’s Executive Team attended TORCHCON 2025, the annual conference for Assisted Living Facility owners and leaders across Texas.

TORCHCON is a special time for professionals in our field to come together to learn, share, and stay informed about the latest in industry standards, resident care innovations, and legislative updates that impact Assisted Living communities statewide.

This year’s conference in Dallas was not only educational—it was fun! Our team joined in the TORCH Scavenger Hunt Challenge, building teamwork, laughter, and new friendships along the way.
