Heart 2 Heart provides Individual, Group and family counseling. We offer a girls retreat for girls ages 5-15 on trending topics monthly. We specialize in depression, ADHD, anxiety, family planning, parenting, career, and couples counseling. We now specialize in life coaching.

Today is senior Sunday💕 and I would like to give a special shoutout to my daughter Akilah! This past Friday we celebrated our seniors during our last district game. Although, it would have been nice to be on the court. You did an amazing job as a manager for four years. You learned a valuable lesson that sometimes in life you have to PIVOT and that’s ok. I am soooooo PROUD of the young lady you are and the woman you’re becoming. You truly made lemonade out of lemons -serving as a volleyball manager, culinarily student, Impact member with MD Anderson, Sunday school teacher and teen mental health ambassador for Heart 2 Heart 😊. All while pulling up your grades after basically missing middle school. Continue to strive for greatness. Your resilience and dedication inspires everyone around you! ❤️ Mom!

It’s back to school time! My senior is ready for her last year of school (as we enjoyed senior sunrise🤣🤣).I am so proud of all she has overcome, and her spirit of not giving up. Honored for the opportunity to serve as a mentor for the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black In Business Program🎉
One Million Black Women is an investment commitment to drive economic opportunity for One Million Black Women by 2030 at the most critical stage of their business. This initiative will impact Black women’s lives, families, and business helping to create thriving communities. As a mentor I am excited to meet this group of amazing young ladies, and provide the mentorship I did not have when starting a business. I did not attend a business class/training, until almost 10 years into the business 🥹😵‍💫😬. However, we are here standing strong 18 years later 😊. As Goodman Sachs Alumni, I understand the impact of mentorship and I am ready to serve.
