Misha has been a valued member of the Paradigm First Colony team since 2023, and she began her career in her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018. She consistently demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a heart for serving others. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and throughout our community.

Outside of work, Misha enjoys reading and watching movies, and loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

🎭💜💛 Mardi Gras Celebration at Paradigm First Colony 💚💛 🎉

Today at Paradigm First Colony, we brought the spirit of New Orleans right to our residents with a joyful Mardi Gras celebration filled with color, music, laughter, and love!

From the vibrant purple, green, and gold décor to the festive beads and masks, our residents truly enjoyed the energy and excitement of this special day. There’s nothing like seeing smiles light up the room as we celebrate culture, community, and togetherness.

At Paradigm, we believe in healing the body and uplifting the spirit — and today was full of joy, connection, and sweet moments (maybe even a little King Cake! 👑).

Today we celebrated Valentine’s Day in the sweetest way with our amazing residents! ❤️ From laughter and music to smiles that lit up the room, it was truly a day to remember.

We even crowned our very own Valentine’s King & Queen 👑💐 — along with 2 wonderful runners-up for both King and Queen! The joy on their faces was priceless!

At Paradigm First Colony, we don’t just provide care… we create moments of love, dignity, and celebration. 💕

Stephanie has dedicated 14 years of service as a Certified Nursing Aide, consistently demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to quality patient care. Her passion for healthcare was inspired by her mother, and that legacy continues through her family—Stephanie is also a proud mother to a daughter currently pursuing a career in nursing.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling and especially loves going on cruises, which allow her time to relax and recharge.
