Today we celebrated Valentine’s Day in the sweetest way with our amazing residents! ❤️ From laughter and music to smiles that lit up the room, it was truly a day to remember.

We even crowned our very own Valentine’s King & Queen 👑💐 — along with 2 wonderful runners-up for both King and Queen! The joy on their faces was priceless!

At Paradigm First Colony, we don’t just provide care… we create moments of love, dignity, and celebration. 💕

Thank you to our staff and volunteers who made this day extra special for our residents. It’s always a blessing to serve with heart.

Stephanie has dedicated 14 years of service as a Certified Nursing Aide, consistently demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to quality patient care. Her passion for healthcare was inspired by her mother, and that legacy continues through her family—Stephanie is also a proud mother to a daughter currently pursuing a career in nursing.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling and especially loves going on cruises, which allow her time to relax and recharge.

In nursing care, the details matter — especially the ones that quietly support access to care. 🔎
A recent change in how mail is postmarked means items are no longer considered postmarked when they’re dropped in a mailbox or outgoing mail bin. Mail is officially postmarked once it reaches an automated USPS processing center, which can occur days later.

For nursing homes, this matters. Many time-sensitive items — Medicare appeals, authorizations, and compliance documentation — rely on the postmark date. A delay at the processing level can impact coverage decisions, timelines, and ultimately continuity of care. 📉 📊

🎄 Christmas Eve Joy at Paradigm at First Colony 🎄

Today was filled with laughter, cheer, and holiday fun as we celebrated Christmas Eve with a special game of Christmas Bingo! 🎁🎉

A huge thank you to the wonderful group Wild Life for coming out and spending time with our residents — your presence truly made the day extra special. Moments like these remind us that it’s the little things that bring the biggest smiles.
