✨ A patient who hadn’t been able to swallow food for months can now eat again after consistent muscle and neurological rehab!

✨ Another patient with very limited cervical (neck) range of motion improved 80% in just one chiropractic visit!

✨ One patient shed 5 lbs in only 5 days after starting an anti-inflammatory diet and targeted supplements!

✨ A patient struggling with 8/10 shoulder pain found lasting relief after just 3 sessions of care that combined neuro rehab, chiropractic adjustments, and supplements.

🛒 Grocery Shopping for The Reset! 🌱
Hey ! 👋

Just got back from grocery shopping and feeling so ready to dive into Nourish and Reset-5 Day Anti-Inflammatory Challenge! It’s amazing how much easier it is to stay on track when your fridge and pantry are stocked with fresh, nourishing foods.

Here are a few things I focused on while shopping today:
🥦 Fresh veggies (especially greens!)
🍓 Seasonal fruits
🍗 Lean proteins
🥑 Healthy fats (hello, avocados!)
💧 Plenty of hydration options — water, herbal teas, etc.
