I've been diving deep into this vegus nerve subject, come to find out, I am not the only one. I will be posting little by little what I'm learning. My info will be coming from studies not hear say or wives tales!
This chart is just the tip of the iceberg for what the vagus nerve puts in balance within our bodies system. We are truly wonderfully made!
Here's my question- when you read this chart, do you find at least one thing that could be improved?
I have more to come but we are going to take baby steps because I want us to understand why we struggle and feel like 💩

I have to share this! I told Ed that I'll be working late so whatever we do for dinner is fine with me. He said," I got this". Then I get this with the caption, " dinner is served after your done cooking it."
