Dam Pure Honey Company

Dam Pure Honey Company At the Dam Pure Honey Company, we believe honey is God's natural medicine. That's why, since 2009, So, what's so "Dam Pure" about our honey? First, our location.

We're situated near the energy - producing Mitchell Dam on the scenic Cedar River. Our honey's unique color and flavor come from the nectar of the bass wood, sweet clover, and black locust trees of our native North Iowa. But, more importantly, being "Dam Pure" means no yucky stuff. We do our best to use all that our bees provide for us without any nasty preservatives or additives and chemicals. Just pure ingredients from nature. Honey is chock full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It's also more easily digested than cane sugar and provides many benefits for topical application as well. The whole beehive is full of good stuff, making the inside of a beehive the ideal choice for our balms and butters.

When the signal rises, the bees disappear

In a troubling observation that has sparked global debate, researchers have reported that honey bees are abandoning their hives when exposed to strong electromagnetic radiation from 5G cell phone towers. What was meant to connect the world might be quietly disrupting one of nature’s most vital pollinators.

Bees are essential to life on Earth, responsible for pollinating over a third of the world’s food crops. Yet, in areas near active 5G towers, scientists noticed unusual behaviour, worker bees became disoriented, stopped returning to their hives, and entire colonies began to collapse. This strange reaction has raised serious questions about how modern wireless technology might affect the delicate biology of insects.

Early studies suggest that electromagnetic fields could interfere with bees’ navigation systems, which rely on Earth’s magnetic cues and subtle vibrations. When exposed to these signals, bees may lose their sense of direction, wander aimlessly, and ultimately fail to find their way back home. Though more research is urgently needed, the pattern has become too striking to ignore.

This discovery reminds us that technological progress often comes with hidden costs. While 5G brings faster communication, it may also be altering ecosystems in ways we don’t yet understand. Protecting bees means protecting our food supply, biodiversity, and the fragile balance of nature itself.

As science seeks answers, one truth remains: without bees, life as we know it cannot thrive. Perhaps it’s time to listen to the silence of the hives—and rethink the invisible waves that fill our skies.

Researchers have uncovered a surprising and concerning phenomenon affecting honey bee populations. Studies reveal that when hives are exposed to the electromagnetic fields of 5G cell phone towers, bees may abandon their colonies entirely. This behavior raises questions about how modern technology impacts essential pollinators and the ecosystems that rely on them.

Honey bees play a crucial role in pollinating crops and wild plants, supporting global food production and biodiversity. When colonies are disrupted, it can have cascading effects on agriculture and natural habitats. The new findings suggest that electromagnetic radiation from 5G towers may interfere with bees' navigation systems or communication patterns, making it difficult for them to return to their hives.
