Metamorphic,
to transform, to change, and to form

And just like that,
February 2nd marks the one-year anniversary since I opened my private massage practice. I chose the name Metamorphic Massage Studio for its meaning and how it relates to massage, but also because of how it has related to life over this last year. It is a geology term relating to a rock that has undergone transformation by heat and pressure. I have learned a lot over the last 12 months - some of them causing me to overheat and some giving me added pressure. It was well worth it and a great way to learn new things. From the beginning to now, it has been a roller coaster of emotions that I wouldn't change. All I can say is a huge thank you to all of my loyal clients, family, and friends who have supported me this last year. I look forward to many years to come.

Tuning Fork + Sound Healing certified!
The past several months have definitely been an emotional transition period, since closing IMS. There are still days I feel lost without the chaos of running a business. However, there's been a huge sense of freedom and gratitude to have the time to focus on myself and my family ❤
I have a long overdue list of certifications I'm working this year to complete. More advanced tools and training to help clients on their healing journey. I recently completed the first portion of my Tuning Fork/ Sound Healing diploma through the international Sound Healing Academy, UK.
For the month of July I will be offering Tuning Fork- 60 minute sessions for only $45.
