Balancing the mind and body; through, relaxation and therapeutic massage. I have been a Certified Chiropractic Assistant for the past four years.

Throughout that time, I began to see how much chiropractic care and massage therapy, when used in conjunction, can help relieve pain and patient symptoms. I love being a Chiropractic Assistant, but I also wanted to be more involved in the healing process. Therefore, I decided to go to massage therapy school. Now, as a licensed massage therapist, my number one goal is to meet each client’s individual needs by relieving pain and promoting relaxation to return the body back to a healthy balance. Services that I provide are Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Swedish massage. I have also studied Thai massage and am currently working to obtain my certification. I am very comfortable performing each of these techniques listed above, but at times I find myself combining these techniques to develop a massage that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Because I enjoy being a Chiropractic Assistant and a Massage Therapist so much, I currently split my time between my two passions. My massage appointment hours are mainly evenings and weekends. Please feel free to call, text, or email me to set up an appointment. Times listed below are tentative hours I set aside for massage appointments. They do not reflect the times my business is open. Wednesday- 5:30-7:30

Thursday- 5:30-7:30

Friday- 5:30-7:30

Saturday- 10:00-2:00

Sunday- 10:00-2:00

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! There have been a lot of challenges but with the grace of God, Now & Zen has stayed steady and strong because of all my wonderful clients. Without you Now & Zen does not exist. Thank you for all your support you are amazing!
