I would like to thank the patients from today for being understanding as Kalyn and I worked through all the new processes in the office. Learning a new medical charting system is very challenging!! You can practice all you want but it does not even come close to live action!! Not to mention there is always a love hate relationship with technology! 😁

So I continue to ask for your patience and grace as we get up to speed with everything!
