❤️🚧Valentine's week construction Update and we’re feeling the love!

This week was a BIG one! Things are really starting to 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦 up in our Assisted Living neighborhood. Exterior walls are standing tall, interior walls are taking shape, and the team raised the roof as they set the trusses in place. The crew finished strong by wrapping the building in Tyvek to close out the week.

You could say it’s a match made in Mitchell… and it’s safe to say we’re crushing on this progress. 💕

At the heart of it all, we can’t wait for the day these walls are filled with laughter and the residents who will truly make this place home. Happy Valentine’s Day, Mitchell! ❤️

Our office isn’t fully decorated just yet, but trust us… the big reveal is coming soon!

Construction Update: 🚜
Progress is happening every day at our Mitchell site. Long hours, changing weather, and a lot of hard work are all part of bringing this community to life.

Behind the scenes, crews are steadily moving things forward, laying the foundation for a place that will soon be home to our community. We’re grateful for the people doing the work and proud of what’s taking shape here in Mitchell. More updates to come as we keep building something meaningful.

Things are getting solid around here—literally.

Construction is moving right along at the future site of Peaceful Pines Senior Living this week as crews pour concrete for the foundation. Using a boom pump, the team was able to place concrete efficiently and precisely across the site, laying the groundwork for what’s ahead.

Fun fact: some Boom Pumps can reach farther than a football field, allowing concrete to be poured continuously and accurately without slowing down the work.

This project is really starting to cement itself and that’s progress you can build on. 👷‍♂️🚧
