Rize Studio Collective now has space for rent that is perfect for dance, movement, martial arts, kids classes, wellness workshops, and more. If you have a class you want to bring to our community, we want to hear about it!

✨NEW CLASS ALERT✨

Our Mat Pilates For Men Class is starting next Wednesday, December 3rd at our 2nd Location (160 East 100 South Suite #3)!

We are offering the first 3 classes for free, then come the new year, this will be a permanent class on our schedule. Every Wednesday night from 6:30pm-7:30pm at RIZE 2.0.

This men-only class is built to make you stronger, more mobile, and more resilient—no matter what your day looks like. Whether you’re swinging a hammer, sitting at a desk, training hard in your sport, or just wanting to feel better in your body, this class meets you where you’re at.

We focus on core strength, posture, flexibility, breath work, and joint stability using classic mat Pilates foundations. Expect smart coaching, intentional movement, and exercises that improve how you lift, move, and recover.

Beginner-friendly. Challenging for all levels and ages. JOIN US!
