A ten year vision is becoming reality.

Many of you know me from my journey. From the early days of fighting for legal access to medical cannabis, navigating a brain mass, intractable epilepsy, open heart surgery and now ESRD-I’ve always believed Missouri patients deserve the best.

I’ve spent the last few months working on something that bridges the gap between the medicine being cultivated and the results we need. The paperwork is moving, the vision is clear, and I can’t wait to share the next chapter.

Public Statement – March 17th, 7 PM – Ashland City Hall

We opened our business only after direct consultation and approval from the Mayor, City Administrator, and then-City Attorney. We relied on that formal guidance in good faith.

Since a change in city leadership, there has been a noticeable shift in tone and enforcement efforts toward our business.

There have been implications that our establishment presents a threat or disruption to the community. Yet in nearly two years of operation, law enforcement has not been called to our location. We have not generated public disturbances or safety incidents.

If a business is being labeled a problem, there should be objective evidence. We believe policy decisions should be based on documented facts, not perception or prior personal positions.

We will be addressing these concerns at the upcoming meeting:
