We loved having USA’s Gulf Scholars in the teaching kitchen yesterday. We enjoyed learning about the program and all the amazing things these students are accomplishing.
We also loved hearing that the cauliflower was “fire”- we think that is a good thing…?? But anyway, we’ll take it.

It’s always fun showing future physicians that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated (or boring). Great food, great conversations, and hands-on learning that they can take straight into patient care. Proof that nutrition education is way better when pizza is involved.
