As a small team of women who primarily serve women, we’re reminded every day of the courage it takes to grow, heal, & support one another. It’s such an honor to walk alongside the incredible women in our community — holding space for life adjustments & lifting each other up through the hills & valleys of life.

We are SO lucky to have Bay Area Breastfeeding as a part of Village Therapy Collective. Her knowledge, support, & dedication helps parents to feel informed, equipped, & empowered as they work toward their feeding goals — which of course vary widely based on the needs of each family!

I am so excited to share my largest & most specialized clinical training to date!

🌿 Tender Seasons: Trauma Responsive Clinical Care in the Perinatal Period

This 6-hour training event is designed for healthcare providers & supportive perinatal professionals who serve women navigating infertility, miscarriage/stillbirth, birth trauma, NICU, & difficulty within postpartum adjustment.

In addition to education on some of experiences that fall under the umbrella of perinatal trauma, you will also be equipped with practical tools to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care, as well as resources & clinical interventions rooted in a variety of evidenced-based clinical modalities such as interpersonal therapy, narrative therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness-based approaches, somatic techniques, EMDR resourcing, & more.

📆 Saturday, May 2nd in honor of May as Maternal Mental Health Month
📍 Downtown Mobile, Alabama
