Real story this month:

Sensi alerted us that one of our clients had fallen. The family of our client was not present at the time and had no idea until we notified him that Sensi had triggered an important safety alert, which was sent to our phones and Sensi dashboard. EMS was called and the client was transported to the hospital. This prevented the client from being on the floor for hours until our caregiver and/or the family arrived. The family said, "thank you for saving grandpa's life." And this is just one example of the many care alerts we receiving including possible UTIs, increased cough, and gastrointestinal issues, etc.
