‼️Space For Lease‼️

If you’ve been following Health Fix on social media or in our email list, you likely already know that we are moving our business from our Saraland location to Mobile effective January 1.

As such, we have a space that we’d love to get leased out ASAP. The space is located at 1460 Celeste Road near McLean’s Martial Arts and PunchKix. Approximately 1000 sq feet. More than 600 sq feet of that is climate controlled with a large open area in the front, one office, a storage room/extra office, and restroom. The remaining space is not climate controlled, but it is indoors and has access to 2 large bay/garage-style doors.

We installed new flooring throughout most of the space including the bathroom. New paint throughout climate controlled areas.

This space could be used for so many different types of businesses and is super conveniently located. If you have any questions about it, call or text Chase at (251) 455-5216. I can answer your questions to the best of my ability and/or refer you to the owner of the building.
