For those who know me, you know I love my client's and caregivers. Theresa has been with Southern Cross Home Care since day one! We love her so much! This family has been with us for 4 years. We started caring for his wife and then we were so fortunate to care for this wonderful man. This is a birthday picture with Theresa and he. About Us

We had a vision, a dream, a hope.

All combined...our hearts knew we wanted to take care of those who needed us in our community. Our mission statement: “Let our family care for your family”. This includes our clients, our caregivers and each other. We promise to train the caregivers extensively in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, Safefy, and the use of Hoyer Lifts and gait belt. We promise to carefully select caregivers who not only understand empathy, compassion and love but those who will use these emotions each time they are with you or your family member.

Lori is our Office Manager and brings to Southern Cross Home Care experience in running our entire office and that is a feat. She is kind, funny and adores our clients and caregivers. Lori is from the Mobile area and has two beautiful children, three cute as a button dogs, Big Dog, Maggie, Fisher and one cat. Lori loves the beach and everything Mobile has to offer.

Kelsey Lanum is our Client Service Coordinator. She is from Birmingham, Alabama and moved to Mobile in 2014 for school. She has her bachelors in Communications with a focus in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology. She has a step daughter who she adores and three pups. She has recently joined our family here at Southern Cross and can not wait to love on our clients!
