Temporary hours/day change announcement:

From January 1 until the end of March, Sunday morning private appointments will temporarily be unavailable. However, the community clinic hours will remain the same. Sunday morning private appointments will return in April once my classes are over. I appreciate the flexibility during this time while I finish the final classes of my Doctorate program.

A quick update for everyone

There will be no Community Acupuncture Clinic this Sunday (12/7).

Also, a gentle reminder to reserve your spot ahead of time. Online scheduling closes a few hours before 6PM on Sundays, so same-day sign-ups may not be available. I only set up when someone is registered, so walk-ins aren’t guaranteed.

If you need to cancel, please do— it really helps me plan seating and supplies so the clinic can run smoothly for everyone. Thank you so much for your support of this community offering!

This is so important for pollinators. Leave the leaves to provide shelter for beneficial insects and forage resources for birds. Put them under shrubs, bushes, and around trees if you want them away from the yard as a whole.

You can leave the leaves this fall to encourage the overwintering of beneficial insects and pollinator species and benefit wildlife species.

Our final session of Dark Moon Inner Alchemy of 2025 will be on Friday, December 19.

The Inner Alchemy Series at The Ivey Garden of Wellness uses lunar cycles, seasonal cycles, crystal healing, sound healing, aromatherapy, and Alchemical Acupuncture to dive deep into internal healing for the soul.
