🕰️ It’s Time to “Fall Back”! 🍂
Don’t forget — this Sunday, November 2nd, marks the end of Daylight Saving Time! ⏰ Set your clocks back tonight before bed 🛏️

While most of us enjoy that “extra” hour of sleep, time changes can throw off little ones’ routines. Here are a few pediatrician-approved tips to help your family adjust smoothly:

🌙 1️⃣ Start early: Shift bedtime by 10–15 minutes each night leading up to Sunday.
🧸 2️⃣ Keep routines consistent: Stick to familiar bedtime rituals — bath, book, bed — to help signal it’s time to sleep.
🌤️ 3️⃣ Get some morning sunlight: Natural light helps reset your child’s internal clock.
🥣 4️⃣ Watch for hunger cues: Mealtimes may need gradual adjustment too.
😴 5️⃣ Be patient: It can take a few days for kids (and parents!) to fully adapt.
