We’re proud to announce the second of three exciting additions to our growing practice — and this one brings world-class expertise in restorative surgery right here to the Gulf Coast.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Hugo St-Hilaire, Board-Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, to Park & Rebowe Clinic for Plastic Surgery. 👏

Dr. St-Hilaire is recognized internationally for his work in microsurgical reconstruction with a special emphasis on restorative breast surgery. He brings a level of precision and artistry that reflects our ongoing commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care.

✨ Training & Expertise
Dr. St-Hilaire trained at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, completed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at LSU New Orleans, and went on to obtain advanced Craniofacial and Microsurgery fellowship training at Johns Hopkins.
He later served as Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at LSU, authoring numerous peer-reviewed articles and lecturing nationally and internationally.

Now, he’s partnering with Park & Rebowe Clinic to expand access to autologous tissue breast reconstruction and advanced restorative procedures for our patients.

Dr. St-Hilaire has already been instrumental in establishing leading breast reconstruction programs throughout the region — and we’re honored to welcome his expertise, compassion, and dedication to our team. 💛

One of our patients recently shared her experience after visiting PR MedSpa for laser treatments with Kyndall Outlaw. What started as a simple appointment for varicose veins and scar care turned into something far more important: early detection.

During her visit, Kyndall noticed a few concerning spots and encouraged her to see Lindsey Beville, PA-C for a closer look. Lindsey performed biopsies, and the results revealed three areas of skin cancer.
