🤲 🧼💦 Cold, flu, and RSV season are in full swing, and one of the best ways to stay healthy is also the simplest: handwashing.

Teach kids to:
1️⃣ Wet hands with warm water
2️⃣ Lather with soap for at least 20 seconds (sing the ABCs 🎶)
3️⃣ Rinse and dry thoroughly

Regular handwashing helps prevent colds, flu, stomach bugs, pink eye, and strep throat.

Even the best hand washers get sick sometimes, that’s why CMG offers evening and weekend hours so your child can be seen quickly when those sniffles turn into something more.

Children’s Medical Group, P.A. is a premier pediatric practice serving Mobile and the surrounding areas for more than fifty years. We are open every day including Saturday, Sunday and all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have twelve board certified pediatricians to care for your child. We provide medical care for infants, children, teens and young adults. We offer preventive, wellness and health maintenance guidance for all of our patients, as well as same day urgent care seven days a week. We offer greater accessibility than all other pediatric practices in our service area.
