We use the Blomdahl Medical Ear Piercing System with medical-grade plastic or titanium studs to help reduce the risk of infection and sensitivity.

⭐️ Physician Highlight: Dr. Michael E. Little

Dr. Little has been caring for children at Children’s Medical Group since 2008, bringing with him nine years of dedicated service in the United States Navy. His military career included assignments at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Ft. Gordon, Georgia; Marine Corps Air Station in New River, North Carolina; Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia — where he completed his pediatric residency — and Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where he served as a staff pediatrician.

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Dr. Little and his wife, Dickce, have two children, Carolyn and Nathan, and two dogs, Remy and Hazel. The Little family enjoys all things Star Wars and Marvel, along with spending time at Pensacola Beach and in the Smoky Mountains.

Our Story

Children’s Medical Group, P.A. is a premier pediatric practice serving Mobile and the surrounding areas for more than fifty years. We are open every day including Saturday, Sunday and all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have twelve board certified pediatricians to care for your child. We provide medical care for infants, children, teens and young adults. We offer preventive, wellness and health maintenance guidance for all of our patients, as well as same day urgent care seven days a week. We offer greater accessibility than all other pediatric practices in our service area.
