🌿 Community Care Initiative at MBS 🌿

At Mentoring and Behavioral Services, we believe in taking care of one another ….
not just within our clinic walls, but across our community. 💚

We’re organizing a Food Pantry Drive to support our clients’ families and employees whose loved ones have been affected by the current government situation. While our immediate team has thankfully been spared the worst impacts, we know many of their family members are struggling, and we want to help ease that burden together.

We’re asking for donations of non-perishable food items (such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, baby food, etc.) to help us stock our community pantry.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families? Mentoring and Behavioral Services is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or unregistered (training class included) to join our team!

What We Offer:
Ongoing training and professional development
Supportive and collaborative work environment
Opportunities for growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

What You’ll Do:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Work 1:1 with clients in clinic setting
Collect data and maintain accurate session notes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join our team as an Entry-Level Autism Aide and help support individuals in reaching their full potential in school, at home, and in the community.

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to individuals with autism
Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
Assist with daily routines, academic activities, and social skill development
Collect data and report on progress
Work closely with behavior analysts, teachers, and families

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Passion for working with individuals with special needs
Excellent communication and patience
No experience required – we provide paid training!
