We can choose to be our own greatest supporter or our greatest critic. As you wrap up this week, I want to encourage you to slow down and increase awareness of your self-talk. It can be insightful to ask yourself, "would I talk to [insert close friend's name] like this?", and use that as a way to gauge how harshly you are speaking to yourself.

We get to create and nurture the environment of our minds, let's make it one we enjoy 🌱
