Clearing the clutter is one of my favorites 🤗 having a clean environment with items in their place gives me peace and serenity. Electronic clutter like excessive emails, messages, photos etc along with these ⬇️ are game changers as well in my self care 🥰

THIS!!! ⬇️ in the last Five years I quit drinking, I completed my Health and Life Coach Certifications, Yoga Teacher Training, ginormous amounts of self healing and care and now L’BRI Skin Care Consultant Training.I am a much different person today 🥰 I am incredibly proud of my healing and accomplishments and thoroughly enjoy helping others to do the same.
