Today we acknowledge National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. This day highlights the impact of HIV on women and girls and the importance of prevention, testing, and care.

In the United States, women account for about 1 in 5 new HIV diagnoses, reminding us why awareness and access to resources matter.

For more information about HIV testing and resources, please dial 251-431-5100.

🌟 March is National Nutrition Month! 🌟 Let's celebrate by focusing on healthy eating habits for our little ones. 🥦🍎

Here are some tips to encourage nutritious choices:

1. **Lead by Example**: Show your kids that healthy eating is fun! Share meals together and let them see you enjoying fruits and veggies.

2. **Make it Colorful**: Create a rainbow on their plates! Use a variety of fruits and vegetables to make their meals visually appealing.

3. **Get Them Involved**: Allow your children to help with meal prep. They’ll be more excited to eat what they’ve helped create!

4. **Healthy Snacks**: Stock up on nutritious snacks like yogurt, nuts, or sliced veggies. Make them easily accessible for those after-school munchies.

5. **Limit Sugary Drinks**: Encourage water or smoothies over sugary sodas and juices. It’s a great way to keep them hydrated and healthy!
