Throughout the year Lifelines offers many programs for prevention and education. Here’s a look back at one program the R**e Crisis Center offers called “The Escalation Workshop.” Using a program designed by the join1love (One Love Foundation) advocates watch a short film and lead small group discussions with young adults in our community . This is designed to help identify red flags 🚩 in a relationship, that can lead to abuse. Additional topics of discussion are: healthy and unhealthy relationships and what they look like in practice, bystander intervention, resources about the reporting process, where to go to get a forensic medical exam (commonly referred to as a r**e kit.) featured in these photos are students from universityofsouthalabama as well as Bishop State Community College! Together we can build a safer community we all want to live in!

A look back at some of our favorite programs of the year! Many times, survivors of trauma will hide behind a mask so they don't have to share their true emotions with those around them. In this healing arts expression group led by advocates, students of Spring Hill College made Masks to represent the masks we all wear sometimes! **ecrisiscentermobile

🎉 Celebrating a Year of Growth and Connection! 🎉

As we reflect on another incredible year for our Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health division, we are filled with gratitude and pride. Our mission to provide essential services to the community, support parents, and promote healthy starts for all our babies and young children has only been possible because of the wonderful people around us.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our program—your commitment and passion have made a real difference in the lives of countless families. Together, we are creating a nurturing environment where our little ones can thrive emotionally and creatively.

As we move forward, let's continue to champion the mental health and well-being of our children. Remember, we are better together! 💖
